{1} Drink plenty of water daily to stay fit and healthy
According to Ayurveda, water should always be drunk sip by sip. There are some rules for drinking water from the time you wake up in the morning till you go to sleep at night, which are important to stay healthy. Drinking water on an empty stomach in the morning relieves problems related to skin, liver, kidney and eyes. It is very important to take care of it, especially during summer. To keep the body healthy and fit, exercising is equally important. As much as eating food and drinking water. Exercise is important for both your physical and mental fitness. Many diseases can be prevented by exercising daily. Exercising daily can prevent many chronic diseases, including heart diseases. This can prevent obesity, high blood pressure, cancer, cholesterol and liver disease. Regular exercise reduces mental stress and also improves sleep.
{4} Take 7 to 8 hours of sleep
To stay healthy and fit, it is very important to get better sleep. But many people are not able to get good sleep in this busy life. Due to which, we have to face many problems. In which one has to face many problems like feeling tired throughout the day, being lethargic, feeling weak, having a poor memory etc. Therefore, to stay healthy, it is very important that you take 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.
